    I missed my goal by 266 calories, but I can live with this considering it was my first week back working out in a very long time! I will get it next week. Congratulations to everyone who actually met their goal!!

    Weekly Goal: My goal is 5,000 calories.
    Mon: 547 calories (elliptical, arc trainer, and weight training-lower body)
    Tues: 692 calories (arc trainer, elliptical, and weight training-upper body)
    Wed: 692 calories (elliptical, arc trainer, and weight training-lower body)
    Thur: 717 (arc trainer, elliptical, stationary bike, and weight training-upper body)
    Fri: 539 (arc trainer, elliptical, and weight training-lower body)
    Sat: 889 (arc trainer and weight training-upper body)
    Sun: 658 (arc trainer, stationary bike, and weight training-lower body)

    Total: 4734
    Left to go: 266

    I could kick myself. I was prepared to get on the treadmill to pound out those last calories and I got sidetracked by various things. Not to mention, I wish I'd done a little more earlier in the week. Sad face.
