My first post! Low carb, high protein and very green plus tasty. I know it looks a bit weird though. Chicken, mushrooms, garlic and parsley with chickpea and spinach sauce on raw courgette noodles and only 380cal

Nothing special but Nummy work lunches all this week. Low sodium Roast Beef wrapped around cheese (1/2 slice each roll) with veggies and strawberries for dessert. Delicious! The tomatoes and strawberries were from work, someone had a bumper crop and handed them out.

Very simple Tuna pasta salad.
wholewheat pasta, tuna flakes, diced cucumber and red pepper, mixed crunchy salad. All topped off with a sprinkling of ground flaxseed.
nom nom nom, I couldn't eat it fast enough!

This is my spinach, mozzarella, avocado, beets & pine nuts pizza. Threw in some leftover cheddar as well. Fear not, I only had a quarter of the pizza.

Avocado cream pie with the whipped cream scraped off. Normally I steer clear of whipped cream, but after a taste test, I determined that it was coconut flavoured, so I was okay with eating it in the end. Delicious!

Last night dinner.
Chicken curry with Indian spiced cauliflower rice and papadum.
And now gone kayaking / camping for the next 3 days. How will I ever feed myself without a cooler I will be sure to show when I come back haha.
You should write a cookbook and include lots of pictures! I'd buy it!

I could eat veggies forever! I also have skinless chicken breast, but I don't know if I will eat it today as this bowl was quite filling.
Baby new potatoes, turnip, fresh garden carrots and beans, cauliflower, broccoli, fresh parsley and sesame seeds. A tbsp of margarine and a smidgen of salt and pepper. Without the chicken, about 300 calories, with the chicken, 450. This is a LOT of veggies, this is a small serving bowl.0 -

Prawn and chicken fajitas..
Sautéed in garlic, chili powder, lime, cumin, and sun coco oil..
La tortilla factory tortillas 50 cal 3net carb
Greek yogurt in place of sour cream
Medium pace salsa
Diced tomatoes
Very light sprinkling of cheese
Sautéed onion.. Butter Pam spray, chili powder.. Pinch of salt.
Smashed avocado with a pinch of salt and a squirt of lime and a shake of chili powder.. (My ghetto guacamole)
Watermelon slices for dessert
And if I feel naughty, a skinny cow fudge bar.. I probably will.. I burned 700 cals in the pool today.
