Bacon, egg and cheese on a sandwich thin with a sliced Fuji apple

Grilled baby gem hearts and radiccio, roast courgette cubes, plain cherry tomatoes, chicken satay and peanut satay sauce. A little leftover yoghurt chive sauce for the grilled lettuce.

Vinegar cole slaw using red cabbage. Thought this side dish to an otherwise grilled dinner rated a posting just due to color alone - unfortunately, my phone cam doesn't do the vibrant purple justice.

Do you eat it as is, like cereal? Or blend it like a smoothie?
The bottom is blended, and then I eat it like cereal! I find it alot more filling than a regular smoothie somehow1 -

I know it doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing but man is it good. I roasted a whole eggplant in the oven for an hour. Cut it in half and opened it up. It was super soft, almost like mashed potatoes. Put spray butter on it and seasoned with salt and pepper. Soooo good. And a side of chicken breast. First meal of the day at 630pm and it’s amazing

Here's a bunch of completely random meals I've had over the past few weeks, out of order and lacking any sense of context. Woo!
Naan, falafel balls, and salad with lemon-herb vinaigrette.
Beautiful fruit salad, followed by beautiful fruit salad and its pals, cheesy cornbread waffles and bacon.
Hot sausage, cheesy garlic toast, and tomatoes.
100% boring breakfast -- flour tortillas, refrijitos, over-easy egg, hot sauce, red peppers.
Garlicky white beans, greens, and sausage, leftovers of which lasted a full nine days before I caved and threw the remainder out.

curious...what were the little 'bagel' type thingies (upper left corner)? They look like one was made with natural flax seed and the other one with golden flax seed.
