Breakfast. Shakshuka. Peppers, half a tin of ratatouille, eggs, parsley and smoked paprika. Only around 260 calories and yummy.

@crazyravr. That looks amazing. I wish my kid didn't have so many nightly activities that give us a one hour slot to do homework, cook and eat dinner that include trying new things. You'd be surprised at how long it takes to eat something that is "mixed" or brand new that they haven't had since they could eat solids.
We introduce a new rarely consumed (in our house) vegetable every week off of a 5 page chart, but that *kitten* takes forever for her to eat!!
Acorn squash is a 2 smiley face while bok choy is a straight line. The struggle is real.0 -

These actually taste super good despite their average appearance. I also eat a lot of cereal, sandwiches, and other quick meals for dinner and breakfast.

Dinner was garlic baked escargot and beef stew from the neighbourhood family joint. Steamed a little hairy crab just because and ended it with a tiramisu & cardamom tea.

You guys are all gourmet cooks! @crazyravr - love all the grilled meals. You must live in a very mild climate to be able to grill every day.
It has been raining here in NC for the last week and still more to come. So no grilling for us. Crockpot veggie beef soup for dinner tonight.0 -

Mini bianca pizza with part-skim ricotta, spinach, fried egg, some italian blend cheese, sauteed mushrooms, and basil. All on a light multigrain english muffin. Only 194 kcal and super filling!
