Second attempt with the sous vide stick I got for my birthday. Sous vide boneless chicken breast, reverse seared. Marinated tinned borlotti beans. Sautรฉed spinach.

Our dinner this evening:
Lamb rubbed with rosemary & elderflower-mint infused olive oil/ roasted cauliflower & crispy artichoke leaves.
Lamb and artichoke remain items I keep rehearsing with...

Poached cod & shrimp with a saffron brodo. ๐ฟ Mixed in cauliflower, broccoli, carrots and green onions... ๐ฉโ๐ณ Iโm almost out of Saffron! Time for a trip.

My concoction these are broken taco shells, there is spicy beef mince underneath, a dollop of sour cream, salsa and cheese on top. It was heavenly.7 -

Very very good. I love thin crust pizzas and this was definitely it.
I haven't tried cauliflower crust yet. I didn't know they made frozen ones. I'm going to look and see if we have them here.1 -
