Homemade dim sum was not pretty but pretty tasty. It was intended as a starter to be followed by a hispi cabbage and chinese sausage stir fry but we were too full after the dim sum. Not too unbalanced despite skipping the cabbage based main as the Chinese turnip cake contains a large quantity of grated daikon.

Saturday:
Brunch: oatmeal with raspberries
Dinner: Pork butt roast with onions, parsnips, carrots and sautéed garlic green beans

Roasted salmon and broccoli with avocado and a honey, mustard and lemon dressing.5 -
Turkey (leftover tenderloin, sliced)
With mixed veg: onion, pepper, measured walnuts, and a LOT of spinach
Over cauliflower rice, flavored with measured shredded chedder
Finished with: crispy measures crumbled bacon
Yup. Stayed inside my points. Shared with my partner, and had a single lunch size leftover.

Sunday brunch: Cheesy scrambled eggs with a side of avocado and a beef brat (substitute for sausage - it works)

Baked John Dory 🐠 with Vidalia onion, cherry tomatoes and kale.

Sunday dinner: BBQ pulled pork on a ciabatta roll with a side on carrots, parsnips and green beans

We ate petiscos (=Portuguese tapas) at a mom and pop style restaurant in Little Portugal, south London. We ended up taking home the chicken in a doggy bag, from which I will make Chinese dumplings later this week.

Sirloin steak (not a great sample) and some roasted asparagus w honey mustard.

The consensus was rack of lamb and I conceded and made this for dinner with some friends.

A slice of leftover Chinese turnip cake from the weekend as a starter. Main was two stir fries with rice. Chicken with green pepper, onion and black bean sauce and the other stir fry was hispi cabbage with Chinese sausage and oyster sauce.

Homemade crab Mac and cheese with shredded Swiss and extra sharp cheddar as well as a little Greek yogurt.3 -
Monday dinner: pork taco - cubed pork, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, avocado slices on an almond flour tortilla (not pictured, another 1/2 taco)

Bought lunch at work today: Filipino Beef Adobo with Garlic Rice & Cucumber Salad (it was actually really bland)

Tuesday dinner: yellow curry with chicken, added carrots and green beans

312 calorie delicious lunch -
Two-egg swiss cheese and fresh tomato omelet with a hit of everything seasoning, dressed baby lettuces and an unsweet iced tea4 -
First course of Turkish salad with watermelon, feta, mint and pomegranate molasses. Main of pan fried sea bream, celery leaf salsa verde pulled out of the freezer and warmed up tinned cannelli beans. An easy dinner to pull together on a weeknight.

Thursday dinner: Caritas Nachos (pork and sautéed onions seasoned with ancho chili powder and cumin, shredded cheese and avocado on corn tortilla chips with salsa and sour cream on the side)

Steak, baked potato, hollandaise, roast turnip and tomato, rocket salad with ranch.

Sunday brunch: Scrambled egg burrito (scrambled egg with cheese, bacon, avocado and a drizzle of salsa on a flour tortilla) with a large strawberry on the side
Snack: a slice avocado toast with Everything seasoning (I had avocado to use up)
