    Yum 😋 if I was in a desert island.. I think the one fruit I would want with me is the avocado! Looks great! Funny enough.. I never ate them as a child.

    Agreed on all counts. I didn't encounter my first avocado until I was a teenager. Wasn't impressed then, but now... yum!

    "Greek Salad" wrap. Seasoned, shredded chicken, my favorite homemade feta spread/dip, tomatoes, red onion, mini cucumber, kalamata olives, whole wheat wrap. Good stuff. 1.5 of these is about 600 and some odd calories.

    Ratatouille with crunchy, meaty crumbs! (Or as I like to think of them: munchy, greedy crumbs :D) Slightly adapted from a recipe by Melissa Clark, who has cult status in my house for her amazing recipes B)
