Yum. I eat plain Greek yogurt with maple syrup for a snack all the time. I would definitely try this.

I made shrimp Alfredo. Using bird's eye lentil zuchinni "pasta" and ragu light parmesan Alfredo sauce. About 289 calories for a 265 gram serving. I love the Birdseye zuchinni pastas! I can do so many different types of meals with them.

Breakfast - my newest cereal option.

Ooooo....yum! Please don't tell me you're in canada!
Now where did you get these?

No, I'm not in Canada. Product seems to be made in UK, and I'm not there either. I expect it's exported internationally.

A snack I had today. Glad that my mfp buddies told me about putting PB2 into plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Added a tbsp of chocolate chips. Tasty and full of protein.

I've heard people talk about that as a nice protein snack but haven't tried it yet, it looks delicious, I'm going to try it this week now!

This is the latest meal prep, lunches for the week (for two). rq0tj2l6c56r.jpg
Teriyaki stir-fry (chicken for DW and tempeh for me) with cauliflower "fried rice" for 1/2 the days and Baked falafel with hummus, pita bread, and tomato/cucumber salad for the other 1/2.
