๐ดMade lamb lollipops with a chat masala-mint chutney.

Dinner was an exercise in clearing out the freezer and pantry. New potatoes were so sprouted that after gouging out the sprouts the only thing I could do with them was makesmashed potatoes. Chicken legs that had been lying at the bottom of the freezer were air fried and drizzled in Korean BBQ sauce. Sauteed spinach was the side. Experiment in making creme brule in the microwave and air fryer was not an unqualified success.

Lunch time ๐1 -
Starter of griddle baby gem drizzled with ranch. Main of risotto with prosciutto cruddo and peas made with asparagus stock. I was worried asparagus stock might be a little bitter but it combined well with ham.

Cod on a bed of wakame, zucchini, peppers and carrots/ ๐ฅฌ greens juice & a shot of beet ginger turmeric.

Linguine with mojama followed deep freeze battered haddock and a roast vegetable salad.

Pork loin Crusted with pistachios, walnuts and bread crumbs with roated broccoli, cauliflower and green beans.

Salad! Romaine with edamame, sweet peppers, green onion, broccoli, mandarin oranges and sliced almonds. Dressing made with juice from the mandarin oranges, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce and olive oil.

Pasta w salmon, zucchini, cream, black pepper, EVOO, veg broth, and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Griddled baby gems drizzled with ranch to start. Main was sous vide rump steak reverse seared on a cast iron pan, air fryer frozen chips, roast courgette cooked under the air fryer basket, bearnaise sauce.
