    – No high blood pressure ....... as far i know, no

    – No high cholesterol ...........no

    – No diabetes ..........no

    – Not overweight .....no

    – Not underweight ..........no

    – Not obese ........no

    – Don’t smoke .........no.never have, never will. avoid people who do.

    – Do at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity a week ...........Yes.

    – Eat five or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day ...........No. It depends on the day. It also depends on what you count as a serving.I do try and get some in every day.I love fruit and veg. Depending on the time of my life, I have.

    Well it depends what you mean by overweight. By BMI standards I'm overweight (which don't mean jack**** btw) but my BF% is in the healthy range. So either 8/9 or 9/9 depending how you look at it.

    ETA: I meet 0/9 I'm not american

    Interesting they list "not overweight" and "not obese".

    8/9 ! I don't eat that many fruits and veggies. some days I only eat veggies and no fruits so.... hehe. But almost thereeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
