In addition ilovedeadlifts advice, also try activating your shoulders and working on their mobility prior to squatting. I had this issue...couple months of this stuff and now I can jump under the bar cold.0

definitely. I'd say its always either a mobility issue or a form issue.
I do pull aparts and face pulls before I squat. If my shoulders are really feeling tight I'll do some other mobility stuff as well. Now I keep a fairly narrow grip on the bar while squatting0
