3 days of festivities here:
12/23 ate with mother and siblings: turkey, dressing, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie.
12/24 ate with cousin and her family: beef tenderloin, broccoli casserole, twice baked potatoes, strawberry spinach salad, coconut pie, apple pie with raisins and walnuts
12/25: if the weather holds, we will be going back to cousin's for annual Christmas chili party and probably fudge.0 -
Breakfast: Cinnamon rolls, fried eggs, bacon, black pudding.
Dinner: Roast duck, roast potatoes, stuffing, carrot and swede, honey parsnips, brussels sprouts, yorkshire pudding, gravy
Dessert: Apple pie with custard
Also, I didn't work out, and I'm not logging anything.0 -
Breakfast = Slept through it
Lunch = leftover sesame chicken and egg roll fro last night
Dinner = veggie lasagna, minestrone soup, and bread - all homemade.0 -

Turkey bacon and an egg - Breakfast
Tuna Sandwich - Lunch
Garbanzo beans, rice, & salad - Dinner.
I don't celebrate Christmas, but this is my meal for today.0 -
Breakfast:
bacon and eggs and English muffins.
Lunch:
probably not more than an apple or something to tide me over till dinner
Dinner:
Honey baked ham, roasted Brussels sprouts, green salad, trifle for dessert, sparkling cider (I don't drink alcohol), mashed celeriac with potato, corn, and rolls.
Yes I am going over and NO!!! I don't care. It's one of only two times a year i am not compulsively watching every calorie and I am loving it.0 -
Cooking my husbands requests for the day. Biscuits with tomato gravy for breakfasts & eggs. Red Beans with conecuh sausage over rice & cornbread for dinner. Can you tell I am from south Louisiana? We wemt to my Moms last week and had the traditional cornbread dressing so today is just for him. Tomorrow, I am back on my low carb plan and hopefully nothing else involving major eating until Valentines!
Not heard of tomato gravy. My husband is big on chocolate gravy on biscuits, or sour cream/sugar on biscuits. And of course wilted lettuce.
However we are having spagetti as my teen works in a few hours. Cinnamon rolls for breakfast. It's a tradition.0 -

I have a wonderful mother who's making quinoa stuffed peppers for dinner so it's suitable for everyone...even my goofy dieting vegetarian self.0

Dinner: Homemade lasagna garlic bread
Dessert: An assorment of pies
Drinks: Water, maybe eggnog, maybe glass of red wine
Snacks: two mini hollow chocolate bears0 -
Honestly, I am trying to eat healthy for my holidays...yes i know we can "indulge" but i still chose to make good decisions for my holiday meal.
Breakfast: 3eggs scrambled, thomas bagel thin-wheat
Lunch: something light...
dinner: cornish game hen, yams, spinach, cauliflower, small serving of stuffing.
there is only 3 of us for dinner, so i'm not making a whole lot of food.0 -
Just about to start cooking: standing rib roast, scalloped potatoes au gratin, baked sweet potatoes, roasted green beans and asparagus, cranberry sauce. GF pumpkin pie and mini red velvet cupcakes.
I've already had 3 seven-layer bars that I baked last night and some GF spinach/cheese ravioli with homemade marinara (last night's levtovers).

Breakfast was 2 cups of coffee and two pieces of wheat toast.
Lunch was leftover ham from Sunday (we had Christmas then bc so many of us had to work today), and some herbed baby red potatoes
Dinner will probably just be some soup and an apple
And for dessert, a homemade fudgie brownie.0 -

breakfast: scrambled eggs, baked beans, 1 slice of toast
lunch: 3 ryvita crackers and some cheese, and an apple
3 coffees and a big glass of prosecco
dinner: turkey, stuffing, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, carrots, parsnips, sprouts, gravy
a bit of my kids' chocolate Lindt reindeer
probably a mince pie and some brandy butter with another coffee later
