Oh ya a fitted t-shirt. everyone I own is fitted. tight as hell around my belly.

Both of my parents died early (59 mom, 67 dad) from obesity-related health conditions (congestive heart failure, strokes, heart attack). You would *think* that this knowledge would be enough scare me to a healthy weight, but oh no... And it eats me alive that I'm still big when I know damn well what lies in store for me if I stay this way.
