    Jan 1st: New year, fresh start! Don't expect to lose weight till the 15th though.
    Jan 8th: Glad I remember what I put last week, haven't lost weight yet but purchased a fitbit this week which is actually giving me a good idea of just how sedentary I am and pushing me to exercise more at least ;) . Also making me realize how really close I ate to TDEE during the break. I ate ~1500 calories and my sedentary TDEE is ~1600 calories. We'll see if there is movement next week which is exactly what I'm hoping for :)
    Jan 15th: Not quite as much as I wanted, but good nonetheless

    Just for fun: My fitness resolutions for the year are <25% body fat and run a mile.

    Learn to manage stress in a healthy, preferably non-food-related way. Also, get down to 180, but that's really more of a secondary goal.

    What is your fitness resolution for 2013? I am hoping to hit my fitness goal of 142 before the start of the bathing suit season and than reaccess where I need to tone up/ loose weight. I hope to continue going to the gym 4 plus times a week.

    My fitness Resolution for 2013 is to build muscle while I lose the weight. I also want to lose 75 lbs by the end of the year or fit into a size 16/18 (I currently wear a size 26).

    Changed up my exercise regime this week so i'm hoping for another great loss next week! This week I'm doing spin, interval running and heavy lifting.

    I am heading in the right direction. Wish it was more, but considering all of the stress eating I have done this week I am actually surprised it isn't up.

    I adjusted my goal weight. I had not realized that I put 165. I meant to put 162. I guess the fingers and mind were not in sync when I entered it.
