    Everyone on here lost so well, great job!!!!

    I went from 156.2 to 149.6 a total of 6.6 pounds.

    SW: 193
    CW: 156.2
    GW: 120

    1/8 159.4 chocolate is my enemy :(
    1/15 157.2 I'm up 1 pound now at least not 3 anymore :) Weighed in on 1/16

    1/31 149.6 Yay I made it to the 140's!

    Total weight lost: My heaviest was 209 lbs that was Jan 2012 I started MFP at 193 TOTAL = 53 LBS

    Now total lost weight is 59.4 pounds! as of 1/31/13

    GW: 160 (going to be tough as 3 days of wedding festivities are planned in couple of weeks' time!)

    1/22 - 169.4 (4 days of carb feeding frenzy! Knew this would happen but still didn't expect it to be so high)
    1/31 - 163.4

    Total Loss for January : 2.8
    Far cry from the 6 lbs! Slow but not disheartened, effort will continue. Good Luck everybody!

    Jan 1st: New year, fresh start! Don't expect to lose weight till the 15th though.
    Jan 8th: Glad I remember what I put last week, haven't lost weight yet but purchased a fitbit this week which is actually giving me a good idea of just how sedentary I am and pushing me to exercise more at least ;) . Also making me realize how really close I ate to TDEE during the break. I ate ~1500 calories and my sedentary TDEE is ~1600 calories. We'll see if there is movement next week which is exactly what I'm hoping for :)
    Jan 15th: Not quite as much as I wanted, but good nonetheless
    Jan 22nd: Finally starting to see some movement.

    Just for fun: My fitness resolutions for the year are <25% body fat and run a mile.

    I think I should probably mention this is my first month working out and eating right. I am also working out with a trainer 2X a week. It's still me doing all the work... but somehow I still feel I should be honest that I have had help in the exercise department.

    I came in a pound short of my personal goal - but nine pounds in a month where exercise time was limited is still pretty great. It's on for next month!
