    I'm starting late but I'm totally in!

    SW: 210.4 lbs
    CW: 171.6 lbs I gained back 11 lbs between September and now...time to get rid of it!
    GW: 166 lbs

    Last week was not a great week for me. I admit it, I ate over my cal limit for 4/7 days, including having a whole cheat day. I am also guilty of skipping workouts. *shakes head* It is my fault. I take full responsibility. I pledge this to myself: I will do better next week. No looking back...today is a new day.

    Total weight lost: 5.5 lbs lost!!! I made it:) Hopefully I can keep it off and go for 149.

    What is your fitness resolution for 2013? I am hoping to hit my fitness goal of 142 before the start of the bathing suit season and than reaccess where I need to tone up/ loose weight. I hope to continue going to the gym 4 plus times a week.
