You guys rock!
I fully admit I haven't been doing any at all. :ohwell:0 -
I've been doing it. The push ups are hard for me but the sit ups are almost too easy. Probably from the running and core work I've been doing.0

A little late but I'm in!
Week 1- First exhaustion test
Sit-ups-132
Push-ups-13
Squats-410 -
Ok so here goes nothing. Because I completed so many sit-up's for the first exhaustion apparently I am in
Week 3, Day 1, Column 3
21
27

50
I know that this isn't exactly what week 3 day1 column3 is suppose to be. But I did more and pushed myslef because that's what I do and I knew I could do more! Aiming for the 200 mark tomorrow
Total: 171 Time: 16min0 -

That's awsome!!!!!
It took me almost 2 months from initial test to 200 in a row0 -
This seems pretty motivating for me to get my strength training in. They also have a feature to log the number of situps, pushups & squats and can post to FB to challenge your friends.
Initial Test:
28 situps (column 3)
15 pushups (column 3)
40 squats (week 3, column 2)
I could have done more squats but stopped because I didn't want to get too far ahead....weird thought pattern on that one.
Tues, Thurs and Sat for this.0 -
Week 1: Column3:
Sit-ups Week 1: Day 1: 15 + 18 + 10 + 10 + 23 = 76
Push-ups: Week 1: Day 1: 10 + 12 + 12 + 7 + 7 + 15 = 63
Week 3: Column 2:
Squats:Week 3: Day 1: 16 + 22 + 17 + 17 + 37 = 109
I think for squats I could have done column 3, will try that for day 2 to see if it's any more challenging.0 -
Is no one else still doing this?
Week 1: Column3:
Sit-ups Day 2: 15 + 18 + 15 + 15 + 25 = 88
Push-ups Day 2: 10 + 12 + 8 + 8 + 16 = 54
Week 3: Column 3:
Squats Day 2: 27 + 34 + 21 + 21 + 40 = 143
I didn't do much better on push-ups today like I did for day 1. But I did alot better for squats, even after switching to a harder column. I felt more challenged this time though. Sit-ups got a little hard too.0 -
Just joined this challenge today. Found myself a bit disappointed in how weak my abs and arms are, but at least I have no where to go but up right?
4-25 - Initial pushup challenge - 10
4-25 -- Initial situp challenge - 17
Will start week 1 on Tuesday. Wish me luck!0 -

Once again, I feel the need to do more then what is asked. I don't feel like I'm getting a good enough workout if I don't push myself!
Results for today (I'm not gonna lie, my ab's are super sore lol)
sit-up's: 242
Time: 21min0 -

Column 3 for all:
Sit-ups Week 1: Day 2: 17 + 22 + 14 + 14 + 30 = 97
Push-ups: Week 1: Day 2: 11 + 15 + 9 + 9 + 19 = 63
Squats: Week 3: Day 2: 30 + 38 + 27 + 27 + 50 = 172
I shouldn't have waited 2 days between day 2 and 3, was harder to finish.
Deanna - if you find it easy to blow past the max I'd skip to the next week.0 -
Column 3 for all:

Yeah I guess that's a good idea but I can pretty much blow by all of the max's and I guess I just enjoy the workout. I 'm doing 10 more then what is asked of me for the week I'm on from now on, then for the max, doing MY max. I just go till I can't anymore not exceeding 100!0 -
I enjoy it too!0

Week 4 Day 1 Column 3 (plus 10 for myself)

Sit-ups 274

Column 3 for all:
Sit-ups Week 2: Day 1: 1 + 21 + 15 + 15 + 32 = 104
Push-ups: Week 2: Day 1: 14 + 14 + 10 + 10 + 16 = 64
Squats: Week 4: Day 1: 29 + 34 + 29 + 29 + 53 = 174
I sucked on push-ups. I only got 1 over the max. We'll see how the rest of this week goes...if I can't do at least 6 over like I was doing last week I'm going to have to do it over.

Column 3 for all:
Sit-ups Week 2: Day 2: 21 + 24 + 18 + 18 + 36 = 117
Push-ups: Week 2: Day 2: 14 + 16 + 12 + 12 + 20 = 74
Squats: Week 4: Day 2: 34 + 40 + 40 + 34 + 59 = 207
So I oopsed and did 40 squats instead of 34 for one of them, oh well. I managed to do 3 over max for pushups, that's a bit better. I feel like I totally ruined the deep tissue massage today but I made sure to stretch well before and after.
