Just popping in to say Hi! As I walked on the dreadmill this morning, with my children constantly speaking to me or asking me to do something or tattling on someone I really missed the freedom of my rides. Currently, 12 degrees and 2 feet of snow outside. I hate winter!:grumble:0

I did much better during the fall months with this challenge. So far these are the only results I have for the month of January. I have gone to the gym several times to take the cycling class but the bikes were all taken. Today I get there early enough to get a bike.
