Calories eaten per day - Between 500-1000 usually
Calories burnt per day - BMR for me is around 1200, but if I work out I burn an extra 200-500 that day depending on what I do.
Goals - Get back to my lowest weight.
Please tell me this is really not what you're doing. If it is, you need to seek out some help. You aren't eating enough. It's not safe to eat below your BMR.0 -

I'm 27 and 5'8"
SW: 218 lbs.
CW: 183 lbs. with 36% body fat
GW: 163 lbs. with 24% body fat (but I'm thinking this might change as I get closer to it)
Calorie intake: It varies but I try to keep it between 1700 to 1800 most days, on the days I workout I eat roughly 1900 to 2100.
Calories burns: Anywhere from 190 to 400, depending on if I'm doing cardio, strength training or a combo. (30 to 45 minute workouts)0 -

Calories eaten per day - Im not consistent at all. Just recently starting to track (and im not perfect at it yet!) and trying to keep calories around 1500
Calories burnt per day - No idea. I do high intensity training(obsessed!)3-4 days a week, concentrate on lifting 2 days, and some random cardio.
Goals - Want to get to 128-132. Be more consistent in my diet. Keep protein higher(100-125g); figure out what works best for me as far as carbs&fats. No idea what my body fat is, but currently wearing size 2-4.0 -

Eat: While I don't track currently, I did for a couple years and was obsessed with it. Because of this I have a great understanding of my intake because I am hyper-aware of cals, protein, carbs and fat numbers on a daily basis. I estimate that I am intaking anywhere from 1900-2100 cals/day.
Burn: my focus is lifting 3 days/week. I definitely do at least 1 day of cardio but try to do two (either Spin class or running) and do not hesitate to skip it altogether if i need rest or am sore. Because I do not log and I mainly lift, tracking what I burn from an HRM is insignificant.
Goals: to be stronger and faster than I was yesterday.
ETA: I'm 30 years old.

I am just starting to track again. My daily caloric goal is 1,400, but I find it very hard to stay under that. I typically (based on past couple of days) eat around 1,600 to 1,800 calories per day. I exercise 4-5 times per week and burn anywhere from 400-800 calories depending on the workout. I am training for a half marathon so I burn at least 800 calories on my long run days. I also do some strength training - free weights, plyometrics, machines. I try to strength train two days per week. I eat most of my exercise calories on days I burn 400, but about half my calories on days I burn 800.0 -

I don't track my calories burned as I'm on TDEE-20%. My exercise calories are already accounted for in my daily caloric intake. I lift heavy 3 days a week and try to get at least 30 minutes of cardio in on 2 other days. I'm starting to take up running (jogging in my case). I have been on a 1500 cal/day regiment for the past month. I don't feel hungry but I think I will have trouble trying to maintain 1200/day. I need to get the cardio in for 4 times a week but I have gotten so lazy over the past year.

I have lost 10lbs since January and I must admit I haven't been perfect but am 80% more active than I was. So it is my 30th in a little over a month and I really want to get to my goal weight. Exercise wise I am doing spin 2 x a week, badminton 2x a week and trying to do weights 3-4 x a week. Can someone help me with my diet as I'm not counting calories as I find it really difficult. my goal weight is around 175 or 180, solid. I was 160 once and I didn't really like it. I looked like a small letter b; flat chest and basketball butt. Good body, I want it back, dammit!
Stressed out this weekend over moving, stupid landlady not having apartment ready, and I was baking for my 3 year "clean" anniversary. Suffice it to say I ate a lot of choco chip cookies and a few fingers of cake batter. They will be out of the house by tonight. Gag, it makes me sick thinking of it. (feeling sorry for myself and angry about not working out for four days. Stupid cookies! I made them, they are good.)

Start toning NOW while your are losing. Trust me, I'm not kidding. You should do it together. it will be better and you may get to your goal faster incorporating the exercise with the healthful eating.0 -

GW- I'm starting at a goal of 198 (onederland), and we'll see how I look/feel at that point for how much more to lose.
Exercise- I switch it up each day...every other day I do cardio for about 30 minutes, and the opposite ones I do weights/strength training for about 30 minutes. I rest two days of the week.
Weight loss per week- 1.5 pounds
Calories: MFP has me set at about 1750...I waver a bit from that, going higher or lower on some days, eating my exercise calories some days and not others, etc.
My goals are to lower my body fat, gain more muscle, and look better in clothes in smaller sizes.
I like your goal weight. It's nice to see someone your height who wants to be fit and figured. You go grrl!0
