I try to stay around 1300 calories a day. I have lost 21 lbs. since Jan. 1st. Besides portion control and cutting out fried, sugary foods, I have been doing cardio and some strength training about 4 times a week.
My goal is to get down to 140 lbs. I am at a plateau right now and I know I need to up my exercise to more like 5-6 times per week, just making time for that is hard when you have a full time job and 2 kids. Excuses are easy though, and I want to lose this weight so I'm gonna make it happen!!!

I try to keep it under 1,400 calories a day but go over sometimes, and I try to burn about 1,500 per week through exercise but I don't exercise every day. I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week.

Calories - I stagger them each day. I have two 1500 days, two 1800 days, one 1600 day, one 1700 day and a cheat day.
Calorie burn - according to my fitbit, I burn between 2100-2200 any given day.
My goal is to get to 145 pounds and look hot in a bikini!0 -

I try and net 1200-1600 cals a day for a 2lb a week loss (that's a rough goal, some weeks is more, some weeks is less)
If I go to the gym the machines and MFP tell me I burn about 600-800 cals so it's probably more like half that haha. Also if I don't make it to the gym (I go probably 2-5 times a week? depends what I've got on at uni) I'll try and get a 30+minute walk or jog in. Maybe a 30 day shred session if I can be bothered
I want to get down to 155 because I've been that number before and I feel it looked great on me. I felt slim and toned and sexy. Also reignited my love affair with running and the toned legs it gives me

Calories Burn: I think this app is incorrect as a burn tracker...I do abs every morning with the exception of Saturday and every other day I do full body in the evening (so some days I workout twice).

Exercise: Burn about 650 (heavy weight lifting 3 days a week and HIIT 5 days a week, twice a day)
I haven't really been taking my food intake too seriously so I've just maintained my weight.
However, if I was to simply cut 500 cals per day I could be at my goal weight in no time, I'm just not ready to take that step yet bc I love food too much0 -

Target...don't really have one, just want to lose weight and look and feel fitter. ...my weight was fine til I hit menopause and had total hysterectomy then weight just shot up!!!

Calorie target: 1750 but I burn around 300-600 5 or 6 times a week and eat most of it back so most days it's around 2200. I also lift 3 times a week via the Stronglifts 5x5 program.
