    BTW...I DO lift weights guys. Some of you think I don't lift.

    I really enjoy cardio though, much more than lifting, but I don't neglect my muscles either. Been training for 20 years.

    They are good for tightening that area. You are not going to bulk up unless you only do that one exercise alone.

    Mix it with cardio and other areas of your body.

    You can always stop if you think you have become too bulky.

    You will not bulk up at a caloric deficit in any event.
