Do you know your body fat percentage?

I've just checked mine and it comes out at 23%.
I'd like this to be 5% lower but I got myself a little confused with how much weight I would need to lose to achieve this so I'd really appreciate any help with setting a goal.
My stats are;
Age; 44
Sex; Female
Height; 5' 4"
Weight; 99lb
Chest; 33"
Waist; 23"
Hip; 30"
Wrist; 6"
Forearm; 9"
What would be my desired weight to achieve 18% BF?
With these stats, the military calculator puts you around 8% BF. There is no way you are anywhere near 23%,
At 5'4", your LBM is around 90 lbs. 99 total body weight would be 10% at the most.0 -
Started at 32% but down to 13%...Yes! I have a goal of 10% for the summer but first I think Ill do some bulking.0

27.1%. My goal is under 25% btwn 21-23%. I have an omron.0

I have no idea. Don't get me wrong... I've had some tests, done some calculations... but I still have no idea.
I had a fitness assessment today and the PT's Omron scale with the hand bits had me at 41.2%. Various measurement-based calculators range from 25% (I call BS) and 36.7% (I think that's probably more accurate, though probably still not actually accurate).
I think I'd like to be between 25% and 30%. Great though low BF% is on other people, I don't have a particularly low goal.0 -
26.13 if the calculator I used is correct. I definitely want to be under %25 and probably around %20.0
-
27% approx... Like to get back down to 23-24 %0
