    Hello Ladies. Can I join? I know I'm late...but I need a group to keep me on point :)

    If it's fine with you guys, I will weigh in, in the am and log it in.

    My goal by May 1st is 125lbs
    But moreso to loose about 4 inches in my waist and 3 in my thighs.
    I'll give you measurements tomorrow if I can join so late.

    Up 1:( I thought I would be down for sure this week. I had some really big runs and was careful...even on Easter. Oh well. Next week:)

    I was wanting to be down to 150 by May but I don't think I am going to make it. I am at 166.0 right now and 16 lbs is a lot to lose in a month since I only lost 3 lbs last month. If I can lose a little over 1 lb. a week I will be happy maybe I can get to the 150 mark by the last of May. Just have to keep trying. :grumble: I am not able to run so I walk on the thred mill at the Gym but after 30 min. walk I have to stop and do something else for a while where I'm not on my feet. Before my accident I walked 10 mile in less than 4 hours now i can barely do 30 minutes :sad:

    Hey ladies, I think I missed a week somewhere.

    CW: 178.6 I don't remember what my weight was before I think it was 179.2 Shane's mom's scale lied to me, it's old so my previous post of 178 was off by one pound. I don't think I'm gonna hit my goal, but if I can get close to 175, I'll be happy. that means 3 lbs in the next 3 weeks.

    Not a great weekend. I am up this morning from bloat. So my monday weight is the same as it was last Monday. Hopefully next Monday will be better. Have a great week.

    Please count me in! My wedding is on 10/10/10 and I need to get in shape. I started working out in the middle of February but this past few week have been hard to get to the gym. I need some people to keep me motivated!

    I am going on my 1st dress shopping trip on May 2nd and would like to be under 200

    Down 1, but I am still frustrated. It doesn't look like I will be making my 135 May 1 goal. I started MFP in February and have been running since January training for a half-marathon. Very slow improvements. UGH!

    LW: 178.2 CW 180.2 I don't think I'm gonna make my may challenge goal. I haven't been doing so well. I had a change in my meds and I'm feeling very unmotivated lately. I just can't seem to get going.
