    I did nine months of New of Lifting for women. I lost 18lbs, 10% BF, about 20 inches overall and 4 dress sizes. My profile pic is my after. Oh and I get to eat 2000 calories a day.BOOM

    This was my upper body result of weight lifting for about 2 months, from a couple of years ago.

    This is me..before dec 2011 weight about 210... after jan 2013 weight 206..

    I did gain 30lbs in between that time and just about lost it all now.. this is between lifting as much as I can and Zumba.

    Hey, I know where you are in the first pic, I'm from Astoria!

    I don't really have progress pics specifically from strength training, but about halfway through LiveFit I lost an inch and a half off my thighs. Waist stayed the same, gained half an inch in my butt (which is a good thing).

    I got bored with that and started stronglifts. I'll probably take measurements and pics in about a month. I have pretty much maintained my weight through this and livefit but think I look better.
