Posting my update since doing Stronglifts 5x5 and all things heavy. I have a bit of sagging skin from having kids but abs are peaking through despite it

I'm still a fatty but I'll show you how I've done so far!
The story behind the photo: The one on the right where I am wearing the navy blue shirt is when I was 180 lbs in 2010. Since then, my weight went up to 220 and I lost 31 lbs. The one labeled 188.9 is a more current photo. Notice that I look smaller despite being 8.9 lbs heavier than I was back then (PS, you have to right click it and choose "view photo" because the photo is huge and I don't know how to resize it)

I started lifting in March 2012. I use a combination of free weights and machines. I lift as heavy as I can and either do biceps, triceps, shoulders, back or chest plus legs with one or two of those. I only do one per workout and spend 30-45 minutes lifting per session.

Please check out my Instagram account for all my progress pics. I started lifting heavy 9 weeks ago, I trained with a personal trainer for the first 5 weeks and got great results, see below. I am now in week 9 of going solo in the gym and I am split training 4 times a week and spinning once a week. I have also started eating clean which has made another huge difference. I am really pleased with my torso area and am pushing to get some ab definition. All my info, stats, pics and training programs are available online:
