    I've been insanely busy so forgive me for not updating:

    2/6/13 - 2.4 miles walking
    2/10/13 - 3.4 miles running!
    2/10/13 - 2.6 miles walking
    2/12/13 - 2.5 miles walk/Running
    2/15/13 - 2.5 miles walking
    2/17/13 - 3.4 miles running, 4.8 miles walking (I walked EVERYWHERE yesterday)

    TOTAL 21.6 miles of 40 mile goal - 54.00% of goal

    i have to say that i have been doing this challenge since the very first month in nov 2010 and i have never been more proud of all the *kitten* movers...it's most definitely because i'm involved in updating the sheet and actually get to "SEE" how hard everyone is working to meet their goals....anyway, bravo and keep moving....

    oh and please dont apologize for not updating - we are all busy and get to the thread when we can....just do it as often as you are able and we'll keep you up to date...if you want to just report weekly for less stress or every other week, that is fine.....just as long as at the end of the month/start of the next month we have your total miles/KM moved you are great.....thanks again for such great participation...i'm proud to be a part of this challenge...
