Back for another month - Lot's of spinning and running the "Snowflake Shuffle" (5k) in February !!!
Feb. 1st: 17 miles (*Spin Class*)
Feb. 4th: 17 miles (*Spin Class*)
Feb. 6th: 17 miles (*Spin Class*)
Feb. 10th: 3 miles (*Snowflake Shuffle - 5k*)
Feb. 11th: 15 miles (*Spin Class*)
Feb. 15th: 17 miles (*Spin Class*)
Total (so far): 86 miles
*Goal for February: 150 miles0 -
Ok, better late than never. I am just now seeing this thread and am intrigued! Where did you get the miles counting ticker and how do you add that to your profile? I'd love to set a miles goal and track my mileage! I just started running and I think this might help keep me motivated so any advice is welcome!!!0

way to go *kitten* movers....keep moving - we are on the downward side of february's hill.....
i have to say that i did my best to read thru the thread during past months as i was posting my udpates after each workout but seriously now that i'm actually doing the spreadsheet updating daily i truly am INSPIRED by how hard each and every one of you active *kitten* movers are....the fact that you/we have set a goal and are working to meet that goal is amazing...so many people make a big fuss over making being active a part of their lives but just never commit...the best part of this group is being surrounded by people who have chosen to keep this change going each and every day....so for that i SAY A HUGE THANK YOU...i'm certainly not trying to keep up with you guys but just by seeing what you do i am inspired to keep on moving....great great great great job everyone....just great....love, denise0 -
