    Ran my first ever 10km race, today! It brings my total to 104.4 km for the month which takes me past my goal with a couple of days left in the month!

    10.25 miles to add from the last few days.... almost at goal now .......but what I'm really proud of is that takes me to over 1,000 miles covered during these MYA challenges since my ankle surgery last March.
