    Miralax, double portion for a week, then regular portion everyday (at least that's what a doc prescribed a friend of mine with similar issues).

    Spelling, word order, all that aside...since beginning this thread OP has changed her avatar to clearly show she is underweight and locked her diary which I did get a chance to see yesterday--daily allowance set at 650! I am worried for her and think this is a cry for more help than she realizes!
    If a therapist is out ofthe question, how about your doctor?
