I've lost 17lbs... BUT I've reduced body fat percentage from 32% to 21% and I am still a C cup. In the past when I've tried to lose weight, I've always lost a cup size. I'm doing a happy dance!

Also they are perkier than ever :)

Tiny booooooooooooobs! I don't mind, though. It's easier to pull off a bandeau bikini top without risk of nip-slip. :blushing:

    I was 34B at 150lbs, but now i'm 36D. I've never had perky breasts(OH HOW I WISH), but it's me. XD
Personally i'm afraid of losing my lady lumps! My family is full of a cups, but I always had some curve on me and I enjoy being able to flaunt it to the skinnies in the family, haha. Sorry, totally mean. XD

My boobs stayed in proportion with my body. So yes, while they shrunk, they still looked big. In fact, for my size (and especially on my 5'3 frame), when I'm not overweight, they look bigger on my frame. With that said, I was probably about a 34GG (stuffed into a poorly fitting 38DD, never properly fitted) before my weight loss, and ended up a 28FF after 70-something pounds lost. They were slightly deflated, but not overly so; they still resembled boobs, but from the side, the top part was a little on the flat side.

I don't know, I mean, I guess it's depressing to lose boobage, but I feel like it's not a huge deal. I've never loved my boobs to begin with (I've always wanted small, perky, top-heavy breasts), so it's no crazy loss on my end. People still think my boobs are big anyhow, just because there's a 10 inch difference between my bust and waist measurements at any weight I am.

Being healthier is a better sacrifice for me, in the long run. /shrug

When you go down in band size, you go up in cup size. Chances are, that your boobs haven't gotten bigger; you're just being fitted into a higher cup size because you lost weight in band size. Basically, for instance, a 34DD and a 44DD are both DD's but are NOT the same cup size. The 44DD is going to be bigger in the cup and in the band. There really is no "standard" cup size because it all varies depending on the band size. It sounds complicated but it's not. lol. I used to work in the lingerie department at Nordstrom. Oh, the stories I could tell you. Haha.

This may seem creepy, so I apologize. In high school/beginning of my undergrad I was a 34-DD. With weight gain, I am now a 36 E. I am hoping to lose weight in my breast area (HARD TO FIND E- SIZED BRAS!) For those who have lost weight have you noticed a difference in your breasts? Good or bad? Did they keep their form or sag? Do you have any before and after pics? (lol wearing a shirt/bra obviously!) Thanks!

I went from needing a 44 H to a 34C...I lost all my boobs! lol I breastfed two kids so obviously there is some sag and I've lost 190lbs so there is some extra skin as well, but at least now I can wear sports bras and run without my boobs flopping &&& I can buy bras at Victoria Secrets...so to me its worth it! My hubby on the other hand....not so grateful haha oh well his loss not mine!

I lost a lot of boob, but it goes well with the rest of me since I lost weight there, too. Everyone is different, however. Some people barely lose any in their breasts, and some lost all of it. Mine became perkier, especially since I incorporated some weight training. I would suggest cardio and try and get some lifts going that work out your pectorals. :) Don't be discouraged if it doesn't fall off at first. Good-luck!
    By the way, I went from 38-DD to a 36-C.. pretty sure I'm almost a B now, though. :(

not to be creepy but what kind of weight training helped you get "perky" lol Im really not trying to be creepy but before I got pregnant I was a double d and after having my kids I am a c and have been ready up different exercise to help perk up but haven't had any luck :)

Yeah, it's definitely a big misconception that the cup letter is indicative of its breast volume. A 28 D isn't the same as a 36D, but people seem to think a D means big. Technically speaking, a D means a four inch difference between your rib cage and your bust measurements, which isn't very big at all, but people don't understand bras.

For anyone else curious about bra sizing, your underbust (rib cage; right below your breasts, and with the measuring tape held snugly) measurement is actually your band size, and the difference between your bust and underbust determines your cup letter. Each number = a letter. A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G, GG, H, HH, J, JJ, etc.

For example, my underbust measures 29 and my bust measurement is 37. Eight inches: A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF. I'm a 30FF, or if I want to size down a band size (which I do on occasion), I'm a 28FF. That sounds huge for people who don't understand bras, but in American (poorly sized) terms, that's the same bra volume as a 36DD, but with a much snugger band. Snug bands are crucial because the band, not the straps, are where the support is.

And if you have small boobs and you're a smallish lady, chances are, you aren't the 34A/B/C you think you are. Measure your underbust snugly and I guarantee most of you are wearing a band size 4-8 inches bigger than what you need. And before you think "I am an A cup! I can possibly be a D!", a 28DD is the same as 34B. When you want to find the sister sizes with different size bands, you go up a band size and down a letter or DOWN a band size and up a letter. So a 34B is a 32C, which is a 30D, which is a 28DD. Your boobs may be smaller, but they'll look bigger and perkier with the right size bra on. Believe me.

I lost 14 lbs and stayed the same 36E, I don't mind too much but would prefer to drop a little bit of boob, I always feel a bit pornographic in a low cut top or matronly in a high neck top.

UUUGH, if it makes anyone feel better. 20 minutes into a interval workout on the elliptical... my damned sport bra back strap fails. All this working out & dieting and the boobs feel like they are getting bigger. Nontheless,...powered through another 30 minutes.. Didn't care a bit!! :-)

Once upon a time I was galloping a horse down a bridlepath and all of a sudden PLINGGGGGGG. Bad times

36E at my largest. Wearing 36DD at the moment but I shall be reviewing that situation this weekend to see if I need to small on bust, cups or both!

my boobs have gotten smaller, but i think they look better. before losing weight my chest was fuller because... well... i was just fatter. i just don't find my old "fat boobs" to be particularly sexy, though it is hard to let go of the fact that i used to, since when you're really overweight having huge boobs is one of the few things you've got going for you physically, haha.

    I thought DD = E ? lol

I was DD and now I'm D but my boobs are a LOT smaller. I found out that cup size is relative to band size, so as my band went down from 42 to 34, the sizes of the D cups went down. Basically a 42 D has a much larger cup than a 34 D confusing!

I've only lost 9 lbs but my boobs went from a 38d to 36c, not a lot of difference, however they have changed shape. They are pretty much empty so I adore who ever invented the wonder bra or similar. xx

I dont know much about what happens to them with weight loss. I don't really have all that much to lose. But I never had big boobs. I was an "A" cup before babies. I have had 2 babes and when my milk came in I got up to a "D" with both. Imagine stretching your boobs from and "A" to a "D"!!!! I will say that my boobs are ugly and empty looking now. I liked my perky "A" cup chest. Now I will be buying myself a new set. My children ruined them. Not bc I want them big but bc I want them shapely and pretty... Good luck!

Boobs got smaller but i got even more smaller, i guess proportion wise they do seem bigger on my body frame now. Shape and perkyness remained the same, tho streatchmarks on boobsies and any skin imperfections are post fat/weightloss addition that i could do without.
Much easier to find sexy lingerie when you are 32C rather than 40G . And corsets..corsets man <3
    Not complaining.
I cant understand fascination with monstrous boobs. Being female I just treat them as blobs of fat that one day might be food dispenser and now just tend to be a club-creeps magnet.

My sister's totally deflated, but her chest was never that big anyway. The trend seems to be if you are pear shaped you will probably lose in the chest area first. Otherwise its really an unknown factor. Everytime I lose weight it seems to come from different places. Hopefully this time when I lose weight it will be the last. Going nice and slow this time. I hear that losing weight slowly can help with the "deflation" effect and help your skin shrink while your fat shrinks. Where as if you lose weight really quickly you will have more excess skin.

Truth is that gravity was going to stretch these boobs out anyway, so if mine turn out looking deflated, I'll live with it.
