AND here's a side by side for good measure. First pic was cardio only, second is lifting while eating at a deficit. Notice scale weights at bottom of pic.
Currently Deadlifting #215x2, Bench 1RM is 105#, Squat 185#

Myself and my bulky legs are going to kick back and enjoy this thread.

I'm not yet to my desired body fat % but definitely on my way to less bulk. Same size jeans in both pics, the second one was taken after 2 month of heavy lifting, I weighed about the same but size is more compact:0

Take it from someone who has been TRYING to get "bulky" for several years now... it's not easy for the vast majority of women to attain that look. Yes there are some with elite genetics but they are rare. Most of us could train hard and heavy for many years and never have a "bulky" look.0

LOVE this thread. Its full of ladies who have made me take up heavy lifting.
I had to take a week out due to a shoulder injury but got back to it today. I finished my deadlifts with the biggest smile on my face (a guy was giving me the strangest look lol). Never thought I would enjoy working out so much but I totally love lifting. I'm addicted :happy:0 -

Anyone who hasn't seen StephanieLynn's photos should really take a look at her profile pics. It's the most amazing example of how a woman with absolutely crazy kickass muscles still looks stunningly gorgeous and feminine.
Don't want to look "too" muscular? Don't flex.0 -
I lift lower body and store my fat in my butt and thighs. The only time my thighs and butt got bigger was when I ate 3000 calories a day.0

I lifted up a soupcan once and now I'm the perfect body shape to be an offensive linemen in the NFL!0

I'm bulky as hell!
Squat 180
DL 250 x 1, 220 for reps
Bench 105
Unassisted chins and dips
Size 6 non-stretch jeans:
ETA: I HATE posting this, but my FL has told me that it's actually helpful for people to see- I'm 5'3" and 153 lbs (154 in pics)...overweight BMI.
Your my inspiration- 5'4 and currently 150.8 but would gain weight to look like that.
