Back in 2006-2007 I had lost around 90 Lbs with out surgry.. Then I got pregnant and gained 60 lbs and did not loose much of it. I lost my ambition and have keep it on for 4 years. I loved how I felt being that thin ( LOL not that 180 is all that thin) so I am back working at it again :)

I have some pics on my profile..you can friend me.
I used to be 312 pounds, now I'm 185. Once size 26/28 and now 12/14.
I counted calories and exercised. I am not super strict. I make sure to have ice cream at least once over the weekend or a little candy bar or something. I eat alot...I don't feel deprived.

Yes! Low carb diet plus intermittent exercise (activities mostly, like walking, golf, bowling) helped me lose 100 in about 13 months.

Wow, amazing job! Your a new person! Having toddlers around to chase is a big help lol. I couldn't figure out why I was staying so hungry all the time with only burning 500 calories a day till I put my HRM on while chasing my daughter around. Extra calories burned doing that!

I have lost 147 with 3 more to go. No surgery just lifting and cardio and proper nutrition. About 1 year and 9 months.

I'm closing in on my 100 lbs lost (I'm at 87.6 right now). I started late December 2011 and have done it all with better eating and exercise.

Not quite, but getting close! No surgery, just smart eating and lifting heavy stuff. You can do it!

I actually had a Gastric Bypass 16 years ago. I lost around 125 lbs, but gained most of it back from eating horribly and never exercising. A year and 1/2 ago I decided to do something about being back over 300 again. This time with eating right and exercising I'm down 94 lbs and I know it's off forever! Wish I did it this way the first time!
