    Checking in!

    4/2-
    Calories - over
    Water - good
Exercise - nope -felt all achy and yucky with water weight

Proud- ate fruit for breakfast and lunch :)

    4/3-
    Calories - over
Water - under (farm well is shallow and so we don't drink as much due to silly city girl issues)
Exercise - took a couple nice walks at the farm
Proud - left Meghan to hang with her cousins and their friends even though some of the kids at the farm were not the kind a grandma would approve of LOL! All the kids 16-25 age range were up at the fire circle till 2 am - She seemed to have a fabulous time :)

    4/4 -
    Calories - over
    Water - good
    Exercise - none

Proud - Not sure... but we dropped Meghan at the airport and she seemed to be in good spirits. She was dreading going back to her mom's house but happy about her decision to move to Ohio. She loved her vacation here and I think she has a really good idea of what she's getting herself into

I'm caught up reading posts! don't have time to comment on every one but omg I love you girls!

I kept talking about you guys to my family - you're all part of my life now... I wouldn't want to try to do this without you!

Jess, you look so beautiful in your dress! I don't think you look out of place at all! :flowerforyou:
cris - I am right there with you on the Easter binge. I should have not eaten everything I planned for because it was way too much. Unfortunately, I ate it all. I did pretty good with my planning - I only ate one thing I did not plan for and that was about 7 bites of fat-free frozen yogurt with one scoop of butterscotch topping. Oh my goodness the topping put me over in calories! I had to ride the bike for 40 mins just to get rid of the one scoop of butterscotch topping!!! Everything else I did OK with, but I am over by 2K in sodium & 20 in sugar!!! I also feel sick to my stomach and have been visiting the bathroom ever since I got home. Tomorrow back to reality and back to loads of water! I did have a good time with my family, though.

    check in:
calories: OK but way over on sodium and sugar
    water: 90
exercise: 40 + 10 bike, arms, bed pilates
proud: I did not go over my calories at the buffet

Jess, you look gorgeous! I would've never guessed you feel awkward in it! I've also never been very good at being a girl. Just today, my mom nagged me about how bitten my nails are.... I was like "Mom... First of all, I'm almost 26 and 2nd of all I've been biting my nails for about 22-23 years now and I don't care, so get over it." And I think I threw in a "Sorry I suck at being a girl" for good measure. I think the 1 girly thing I do is pluck my eyebrows. And that's just out of sheer necessity -- they're ridiculously bushy little suckers if I don't pluck 'em.

Well, I have no idea how much I've eaten today but suffice it to say it was a lot. Not even close to how much it would've been previously. With my humongous calorie deficit yesterday (it was like a 2000 calorie deficit) and the little bit of exercise I got in today, I'm absolutely fine. I think my calories are probably around 2200. I got my mom to go on a bike ride with me and then later, I convinced my mom, stepdad, brother, and uncle to go kayaking (and canoeing) with me. Yay! I love that I was able to convince them to get in a little exercise. Everyone really needs it.
Oh, and did you know driving burns about (for someone my size) 100 calories more per hour than just sitting? So, I drove for about 3.5 hours today, too, so that's an extra 350 calories or so burned there, too.

I haven't seen my brother since Christmas and when he walked into the house, the first thing he said to me was "What's up, scrawny?" And my mom argued with me forever about it being impossible that I weigh over 200 pounds. Finally, I was like "Mom, think about this. Why would I lie about that?!"

I felt too sick to work out this am and started to worry it was the well water until I remembered the nachos I had last night.

Thank you all for the wonderful thoughts on my dress! I was pretty nervous about it! LOL

Wanted to come by and say hi this morning. I don't think I'll be on much during the week this week (aside form Wednesday) I am going to another branch for some business personal banker training and will be sitting with another banker all week. :frown: I'm sure gonna miss y'all! But I'll be checking in at night and hopefully on and on throughout the day. Not sure what to expect. Kinda nervous! Hope everyone has a wonderful day

mstahl-Glad to hear Megan had a great trip! I'm sure she isn't regretting her decision. I almost couldn't work out this morning but I dragged my tired butt outta bed. I struggled through the workout that's for sure but I got it done! Have a good morning!

Wow, so between TOM and my sodiumrific eating fest yesterday, I'm up 4 pounds today! Holy moly! I'm not concerned at all, I just think it's pretty funny. I don't normally have fluctuations *that* big. TOM's doing a number on me today, though. :frown: I felt so bad this morning between TOM and a very sore body I seriously considered calling in sick today. But then I decided I wasn't going to call in and I got my crampy bloated butt up to exercise. It's not even 9.30 and I've already had 40oz of water. I'm going to float away today, but I'm a slave to the scale so I gotta do what I gotta do to make it happy.

    Have a happy Monday!
