Should big girls do squats? And I mean big as in 5 foot 7 and oer 300 lbs
anyone can do squats, just do as much as your body would let you ( don't over work), also you could do an easier version of a squat by not going as deep into it. If you still aren't sure you could seek medical or professional advice. hope this helps
Heh - it gets me in the top of the thighs ... where I feel the burn.

enjoy ladies, i started mine on mondasy, today is ment to be my rest day but i did day 5 today and rest tomorrow as do body pump sat am which includes squats so dont want to burn out....70 was hard going :happy:0

I have a big butt and I cannot lie............Squats are awesome for the bootay! Can do no harm. My butt has never gotten larger from squats or lunges. :-)0
