    TM walk inside - 31 min 3.5 pace 21min no incline / 10 min incline.

    I would love to join your 21 Day challenge!

    Day 1 - 03/11 ... walked 4.31 miles in 62 minutes.
    Day 2 - 03/12 ... walked 4.27 miles in 60 minutes.
    Day 3 - 03/13 ... walked 4.54 miles in 67 minutes.
    Day 4 - 03/14 ... no walking today...25 mins on 30DS Level 3-Day 9, 30 mins on other challenges.
    Day 5 - 03/15 ... no walking today...25 mins 30DS Level 3-Day 10 -- DONE!!!!! 50 mins on other challenges.
    Day 6 -- 03/16 ... walked 3.71 miles in 72 minutes, Zumba for 55 mins, 60 mins on other challenges.
    Day 7 -- 03/17 ... walked 4.08 miles in 60 mins, 1.44 miles w/SO and puppy in 54 mins, 45 mins on challenges.

    Cheers to you for keeping this group focus and staying motivated. My hardest part is weekday believe it or not, tomorrow is 1st day during weekday!

    Day 4 - Three hours of work in a super hot kitchen to prep for a community dinner that I also helped serve. We were moving everywhere and quickly. I relaxed a little afterward, but then did 20min of yoga. Ready to hit the sack!

    Cannot agree with you more! I love walking outside especially after having to work inside all day.

    Day 5 for me consisted of Elliptical for 20min., weight training for legs and arms ( 15 reps from 25-40lbs repeated 3 times each), and then another 28min on the Elliptical. I am anticipating some good sleep tonight :)

    Lean Shake 25 for lunch meal did not happen:sad:

    Well. I will try again tomorrow. My coffee intake is setting me up!!!

    Shall I start over with lean shake?

    Love the consistency!

    Hope its not to late to join in! I will start mine with Monday being Day 1 - Walked 30 Minutes on treadmill at 3 mph and jogged 5 minutes at 5 mph.
    Day 2 today - Same as yesterday plus walked 1.6 miles on my lunch break.

    Day 6 - walked treadmill between 3 and 3.5mph for 30min. Then worked on the legs and arms with the weight machines. I also lost 2 more pounds!!!! That brings me to 8 down with plenty to go. However, I love the progress I am making :happy:

    Day 18 of bikram yoga. Diet is my biggest problem. GNC Lean shake 25, (25 gms of protein and fiber) is a good way of reducing my calories and feel satisfied longer to meet my 1200, I keep going over calories.:sad: Tomorrow, Thursday and weekend I have several events, hope this shakes will keep my calories in check!!!

    Very happy for you m_tynes!!! the weight loss is a bonus! When my back is 100% - I will add some weight training. Good moving on DAY 6!
