    I would love to join your 21 Day challenge!

    Day 1 - 03/11 ... walked 4.31 miles in 62 minutes.
    Day 2 - 03/12 ... walked 4.27 miles in 60 minutes.
    Day 3 - 03/13 ... walked 4.54 miles in 67 minutes.
    Day 4 - 03/14 ... no walking today...25 mins on 30DS Level 3-Day 9, 30 mins on other challenges.
    Day 5 - 03/15 ... no walking today...25 mins 30DS Level 3-Day 10 -- DONE!!!!! 50 mins on other challenges.
    Day 6 -- 03/16 ... walked 3.71 miles in 72 minutes, Zumba for 55 mins, 60 mins on other challenges.
    Day 7 -- 03/17 ... walked 4.08 miles in 60 mins, 1.44 miles w/SO and puppy in 54 mins, 45 mins on challenges.
    Day 8 -- 03/18 ... walked 4.22 miles in 62 mins, 85 mins on challenges.
    Day 9 -- 03/19 ... walked 4.28 miles in 63 minutes, 75 mins on challenges, 25 mins Zumba.
    Day 10 -- 03/20 ... walked 4.17 miles in 62 minutes, 75 mins on challenges.
    Day 11 -- Rest Day!!
    Day 12 -- 03/21 ... no walking today--hard, cold wind...pushed me around!! 70 mins on challenges, 20 mins on Zumba, 25 mins on 30DS L1-D1.
    Day 13 -- 03/22 ... no walking today, 70 min on challenges, 25 mins on 30DS, 20 mins on Zumba
    Day 14 -- 03/23 ... walked 4.17 miles in 62 mins, 70 mins on challenges, 25 mins on 30DS.

    Outside (neighbourhood) walk - approx 3.75 km - 37 min - 3.6 pace

    Not feeling that great today - but the walk in the fresh air was helpful!

    Day 4: Swimming - not so good. Only half of what I should have been doing. A few house chores for extra burn, and shopping in the mix. Might have to drop a day, because I think I'm hitting a wall and need to recover. Been pushing kind of hard.

    And, tazmac2, I love that you are keeping up with the thread and encouraging everyone. Thank you!

    Made it!!! YAY!! :flowerforyou:

    Recorded 32 minutes walking today! outside @ work at lunchtime (hoping weather continues to improve to allow this lunchtime strut!) There is some uphill too to increase the burn!

    I am very proud of my efforts here! will keep going too .... won't beat myself up if I miss a day - but will make efforts to be inclusive of fitness every day!

    I am committed to fitness as a part of my overall improved health!

    I will keep up with this thread and watch all of the wonderful MFP pals who joined and watch your progress!

    You can do it too!!

    @ Kcaffee - take it easy on yourself! make sure the bar is not set too high - so that you can keep it up!

    my back has been an issue for me - and my 30 - 45 min walk is all I can do at this point.... but the past 21 days has been more movement then I had on the go!

    Day 24 of bikram challenge and still going.... Lean shake 2 days completed. Scale finally moved and this is great!!

    Keep it going and bring all the positive energy beccause every effort will change your body!!!

    Day 10 - walked up and down hills all over Seattle with my sister on a BEAUTIFUL spring day exploring stores we never knew existed. It was a lovely Saturday.

    Day 11- our little brother's 18th birthday. Have to admit, not much moving, but a lot of standing, playing fun games and enjoying peoples company. I went home afterwards to stretch out my sore legs from all the walking on the previous day.

    Day 12 - today: walked for over and hour around Kent with two friends. We also checked out house that were for sale. It was a nice cool evening to get out and walk about outdoors!

    Day 5 - lots and lots of walking. Around campus (twice!), treadmill (30 min), more with the trainer (the recovery week)
    day 6 - a little walking - mostly around campus. Planning on NOT hitting the pool.

    Day 13: Elliptical training for 30min and some weight training. Will be making time for some much needed stretching and yoga :)

    Day 1 - 3/25 - 18 min walk. I started late and it got dark on me (afraid of dogs). lol
    Day 2 - 3/26 - 30 min jog with my lil sister.

    Technical difficulties kept me from posting...but not from exercising!
    Day 4 (Saturday) - 30 minute walk/heavy cleaning
    Day 5 (Sunday) - 45 min walk with hubby and dog in park
    Day 6 (Monday) - 35 minute swim, 10 minute water jog
    Day 7(Tuesday) - 45 minute Pilates class, 40 minute dog walk
    So proud to be on a roll and looking forward to Day 8.:happy:
