Day 3: 20 minutes with kinect zumba, 20 ish (on the plus side, I think) of kinect - Your Shape aerobics. and general house chores for the rest of the burn. Sore arms and legs, tomorrow is going to be fun in the pool if this soreness doesn't go away.0

TM walk in early today (7am on Saturday morn!) - university class all day today! 35 min @ 25 pace (15 with incline & 20 without incline)

3/22 - I completed my 21 days of Birkram Yoga.
3/23 - I completed my 22 days of Bikram Yoga and 60 minutes of walk..
Weight is steady I need to hit one pound lost by Monday.
Keep it going, weather is getting nicer for walks. Happy days to all of you and let's build our challenge~~
I have officially completed my 21 days of Bikram Yoga. But now my challenge is to build on my lean shake 25, for at least one meal. I keep starting all over. Today day one again. 3/23, Lean shake 25, will hit my macros to perfection!0 -

Day 3: Did 65 minutes of Cardio/Pilates video yesterday. Were it not for this 21 day challenge, I'd probably have skipped yesterday because it was not easy or convenient to exercise. Lesson 1...I can have a busy day and still find time to work out. Feeling empowered!

Day 4: Swimming - not so good. Only half of what I should have been doing. A few house chores for extra burn, and shopping in the mix. Might have to drop a day, because I think I'm hitting a wall and need to recover. Been pushing kind of hard.

Recorded 32 minutes walking today! outside @ work at lunchtime (hoping weather continues to improve to allow this lunchtime strut!) There is some uphill too to increase the burn!
I am very proud of my efforts here! will keep going too .... won't beat myself up if I miss a day - but will make efforts to be inclusive of fitness every day!
I am committed to fitness as a part of my overall improved health!
I will keep up with this thread and watch all of the wonderful MFP pals who joined and watch your progress!

@ Kcaffee - take it easy on yourself! make sure the bar is not set too high - so that you can keep it up!
my back has been an issue for me - and my 30 - 45 min walk is all I can do at this point.... but the past 21 days has been more movement then I had on the go!0
