Greek yogurt mixed with grape nuts. Very filling, and lots of protein, so it keeps me going for a long time.

Coach's Oats (cholesterol thing), scrambled eggs, 8 oz 1% milk, 2 cups of coffee, 5.5 Oz low sodium V8.

On weekends I indulge in a bigger breakfast that always includes bacon.

I go through phases. Right now it's a two egg spinach omelette with cheese and tomatoes, if I have time, or Greek yogurt, an apple and nuts if I don't.

I don't know why, but I'm having same breakfast for months and don't feel like changing it! Immediately after waking up I can't wait to start eating it - plain oatmeal with low-fat milk

I had been getting a little bored of my hot cereals lately, too, so I am switching as of Sunday. I am doing two low fat protein pancakes with syrup and scrambled eggs (1 egg plus 3 tbsp egg white). Should be a nice change. 307 calorie breakfast with 25g of protein to start my day.

I have a few favorites I like to alternate throughout the week: Green Smoothie (almond milk, spinach, greek yogurt, protein powder and frozen blueberries and/or banana); egg white omelet with spinach, sun-dried tomato and a wedge of Laughing Cow lite swiss; plain low fat greek yogurt with fresh blackberries, slivered almonds drizzled with honey; lowfat cottage cheese with diced apple sprinkled with cinnamon; Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with almond butter and a glass of skim milk. I LOVE breakfast!

I do this thing I call mexican eggs.

    Requires:
    1.5 oz turkey kilbosa
85 grams of obrien potato's frozen or fresh
    Taco seasoning
    4 egg whites
    2 tablespoons salsa

Start by cooking the potatoes for about 4 minutes in a non-stick skillet
add Kilbosa cook for another 2 minutes
Add taco seasoning, you can even add at the beginning if you like
Once all stirred up add eggs and cook to desired consistency.
Put the salsa on top, and eat.

This is about 280 calories, if you want to add a little more you can put some cheese on it to. I like the weighwatchers mexican blend. Adds about 80 calories per ounce.

Homemade Egg McMuffins: Whole wheat sandwich thin, 1 whole egg beat with 1 egg white, Canadian bacon, 1 wedge Laughing Cow cheese of choice

    Greek Yogurt with lowfat granola

Whole wheat toast with PB2 and sliced banana

Sometimes add seasonal fruit on the side (berries, melons, citrus)
Low cal OJ, soy milk, almond milk or skim milk to drink
