why do you even have to eat breakfast?

Because I am hungry in the mornings after my work out and it works out great for my diet, although I do not eat lunch.
Don't derail thread if you don't eat breakfast that's your bit and more power to you.

I usually eat a Quest Chocolate Brownie protein bar. The protein and the fiber keep me feeling satiated for a long time. And it's chocolate, so yummy.

why do you even have to eat breakfast?

When I went to the dr recently complaining of feeling run down they told me I was
Vitamin d deficient and asked what I have for breakfast as breakfast cereal is often fortified with vitamin d.
I told him I never eat breakfast...
Que 5 minute rant that cumulated in this
"The amount of young, slender women I get here complaining of no energy, most skip breakfast."
And a flea in my ear about getting more vitamin d.

Anyway. I started to eat breakfast and took a better interest in the food I ate, and I have to say, I do have more energy.

I hate it when an @$$hole is right. :/

Every Sunday we have a bacon, eggs and random other things. Sometimes pancakes, waffles, french toast, toast, hash browns...those sorts of things. I am trying to go low gluten so most of those things are out now
