    eat a couple pieces of fruit a day. it's good for you. don't eliminate it out of fear of the sugar. There's a big difference between sugar from fruit and refined sugars in the way it's processed by the body. Fruit sugars don't cause an insulin spike in the same way, because of the fiber. I eat about 3 pieces of fruit daily.
