    I learned that if you wonder about the effectiveness of a strange looking workout routine in a chit-chat-fun-games forum someone will insult your intelligence based on a typo.

    That the words, "loose", "lose", "lost" and "loss" are all interchangeable.

    and that every time I reply to a post, I have work to do before I can finish it or my boss will need my computer. Oh well. Just know I've learn A LOT!
