    I had a great workout at the gym. I was so pumped I got in 30 minutes on the treadmill instead of the 15 minute walk at home. Logging 15 extra minute to help with my birthday celebration on Friday. My goal is to get in extra time for the week to offset what I will eat at the party. Not sure if it will work but it is worth a try!
