    I dont have time to post like i use to i'll try to make time... but I started out rough this week... got a cold and tom no energy at all can barely keep myself upright...

    Hi all. I'd like to join too. I have some silly questions though. Do I put the list for the week here and then just come back and edit it once I workout? Is there a specific group I join? I don't post a whole lot in forums, so just not sure hwo this works.

    Today is the first day of being laid off, so I need to keep my spirits up. This is the perfect motivation. Count me in. My goal will be 300 minutes a week.

    I'm in! Maybe this will help me jump start my wedding weight loss journey. I am trying to lose some weight (mostly inches to be honest, I could care less about the number on the scale) before my wedding this August! Hopefully this will be the right start! :)

    We just keep it all here for this month. Each month has its own topic. You list your goals for the week and fill it in daily or every other day. Next week you list what you accomplished this week along with what you goal was then list the new weeks goal. Follow the op example Mollie. Welcome to the group.

    Ok, here's my info for week one. I have to get a bit more in early this week because I'll be traveling and it will be more difficult to get my workouts in. So I'm keeping my goal low this week.
