Today is the first day of being laid off, so I need to keep my spirits up. This is the perfect motivation. Count me in. My goal will be 300 minutes a week.

Hi all. I'd like to join too. I have some silly questions though. Do I put the list for the week here and then just come back and edit it once I workout? Is there a specific group I join? I don't post a whole lot in forums, so just not sure hwo this works.

We just keep it all here for this month. Each month has its own topic. You list your goals for the week and fill it in daily or every other day. Next week you list what you accomplished this week along with what you goal was then list the new weeks goal. Follow the op example Mollie. Welcome to the group.0 -
