This month my goal is to reengage my fitness plan....life has over ran me lately and I need to put everything back in its place so I do not gain all of my weight back. Also I would like to fit into a dress that I bought the other day which fits but not perfectly. So loosing at least 5 pounds should give me the confidence to put it on and take it out of the bathroom. Good luck everyone!!0 -

I lost a pound since my last weigh in my new weight is 249.
I have lost another 2lbs since my last weigh in. Making me at 247lbs
I happen to be shedding weight pretty quickly!!!! Only 2 more pounds to go for this month.0 -
I'm back in for another round and hopefully I will lose the full 5lbs.
