I joined MFP on 29/3/13 after losing nearly 4 stones with Slimming World.

Been hitting the gym as much as I can. Running more rarely which is probably why I didn't lose as much, but honestly I'm okay with losing a half pound a week. At this point I'd rather get stronger than keep losing weight.

I lost two pounds even though I was totally on track for about 95% of my meals. I've been leaning more towards lifting weights and have found that I'm losing tons of inches rather than pounds. In the past month I've started wearing jeans that I hadn't been able to wear in a few years and now I'm moving towards fitting into some even smaller clothes. I don't like that I'm not losing pounds - I mean who wants to weigh 178 lbs? But I do love that I'm getting smaller and firming up a lot. It's not all about pounds. I have three pairs of goal shorts and I know that if I keep doing what I'm doing they'll fit comfortably by the end of May.0 -

I lost a pound since my last weigh in my new weight is 249.
I have lost another 2lbs since my last weigh in. Making me at 247lbs
I happen to be shedding weight pretty quickly!!!! Only 2 more pounds to go for this month.
I lost an extra pound this weigh in putting me at 246lbs. yay!!!! pretty happy only one more pound to go for this months goal.
i did eat more fruits and veggies this month so thats a plus and i lost a total of 4.5lbs this month as well that is very close to5lbs so yay for me!!!! lol Leaving me with 245.5!
i also entered next month cuz i find this challenging and fun. it keeps me motivated enough to wanna keep losing the weight.0 -
