    what vitamins are you taking....I would like to incorp fish oil for sure any others recommended I eat fruits, veggies, and get calcium from dairy

    @michelle: I take prenatals,Bonfire omega3s,coq10 in the morning and I take magnesium before going to bed .welcome ok now I should start making a note of everyone's points.i think it would be nice to introduce us to one another.

    I'm going to start with week 2 since I came to this late.

    Friday, April 5th daily points

    Food= 5
    Water= 2
    Exercise=-2 (biked 30min, yoga 60 min, walk 15min)
    Vitamins if taking any=1
    Wt = 214.8 lbs

    Total 10 points. Mini goal for the week - only weigh myself 3 times (the weighing every day is counterproductive
    for me yet I can't seem to help myself.
