Hi all,
Anyone interested in doing some challenge for April ?all we need to do is check the weight every Friday and to meet some of your mini goals for that week and post here...say my mini goal would be to drink water daily and do exercise atleast 5 days in a week....we do like 10 points for everyday...but we should be truthful to ourselves in entering the points :-) .you should be committed to enter everyday.
Food-5( if you stay with your calorie intake)
Water-2(drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day)
Exercise-2(if you had some kind of workout for the day )
Vitamins if taking any-1 ( if you don't take any vitamins at all then add 1 point to your exercise)

Weekends are always the hardest for me!
Saturday:
Food:2 (went above calorie limit, but ate healthy foods)
Exercise: 0 -not enough to really count
Vitamins:1 (yay)
Water: 0 - only drank half of daily goal (boo)
Total: 3
Sunday:
Food: 1 (ate out at sushi place, didn't make the greatest choices, logged everything though and still came under TDEE)
Exercise: 1 (only walked around the mall, nothing to get a good burn)
Vitamins: 0 (forgot!)
Water: 1 (yay)
Total: 3
So far: 16 pts this week and missed my mini goal of water daily due to Saturday :-/0 -
