Couldn't exercise today as I banged up me knee the other day and it was really hurting last night so I decided to take the day off and we were out all day and had to get food at the nearest place (both my husband and our daughter are type 1 diabetics so they have to eat on a schedule). It was okay though! And tomorrow is my birthday so I am sure it will be no better then!0 -
