    You might put your vitamins with something you do every morning. If you drink coffee, put them beside your coffee cup. It helps me.

    Exercise - 2 (I have the majority of my squats done for the day. Had a silent migraine earlier with a wonderful scintillating scotoma. I have been taking it easy but I am still feeling the effects of the migraine hangover slightly so I will hopefully be able to finish the final squats that I have left!)
    Water - 2 (Pretty sure I have drank at least 16 cups today! Migraines make me push the water even more.)
