Exercise - 2 (I have the majority of my squats done for the day. Had a silent migraine earlier with a wonderful scintillating scotoma. I have been taking it easy but I am still feeling the effects of the migraine hangover slightly so I will hopefully be able to finish the final squats that I have left!)
Water - 2 (Pretty sure I have drank at least 16 cups today! Migraines make me push the water even more.)

The only supplements i'm taking now are for weightloss, NatureWise Svetol Green Coffee Bean Extract Ultra Pure with GCA...I take one 30 minutes before every meal three times a day, so far ive lost 2 lbs but that might just be because I've started eating well again after I practically binged on fast-food for a week..0 -
