For what it's worth, I think the results are a little skewed a bit on the low end and pessimistic. I'd say excellent self-image is more like 0-15, very good is 15-25, shaky 25-35, watch out 35-45, and trouble 45+. But I don't put too much stock in the literal results, this is just a way to get you to reflect on your thought patterns.

But I'm working on changing the way I feel about myself, it's an uphill battle.

I took the test a second time and i think this one is more accurate. The first one is who i use to be.

    I scored 21

This is interesting. How long did you wait before taking it again? What do you think changed your feelings most in that time?

    23.

And the assessment seems about right. Interesting quiz, and as others have said, it is crazy that even when you lose "the weight," your mind often doesn't change as fast.

43 :( Not surprised, but still weird to see in print what you feel. The funny thing is that a friend and I had this discussion this past weekend, and I was saying how I needed to change the way I think but just don't know how.

    SCORE 40+
You are suffering from a condition called body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) which is translated as body hatred.

    Snap I scored 55...

Scored 39 - not a surprise to me. This has made me decide to call a therapist today.

I came in at 42 and I'm actually rather surprised by it. Obviously something to think about.
