I have the same issue, I typically take that as an opportunity to go pee... that always 'calms things down'0

"Take care of business" before you work out?
Take care of business as you are running on the treadmill... the added balance would be a great core workout im sure.0 -
Baggy shorts.....
Or join a men-only gym0 -
This has literally never happened to me, ever. I will get random stiffies any time of day or night EXCEPT when my blood is flowing through the rest of my body. Exercise is the only way to get RID of mine sometimes.0

Take care of business before the gym
or
Go to a male only gym (I actually know someone who does this because he "gets distracted by the girls")0 -
You still wear pants/shorts to the gym?
I stopped doing that months ago.0 -

AS much as people want to think this is a joke simply because it says erection in the title it is NOT.
It's really hard.
You can't workout in jeans. You're in sweats or basketball shorts which has zero resistance and you can't even do the old "tuck between the legs" because it restricts movement.
OP. Take care of business before hand. It's really the only way.
Hope this helps.

I think the seriousness of the question comes in because OP could easily not stare at women at his gym.0
