    I'm 5'7 1/2...and I want to be 5'9.

    That's the absolute perfect height to me! When I was younger, I wanted to be 5'3" though, since I have been 5'7 since I was 14 and always considered "tall" lol. Now I just feel average :(

    Yup. At 6'6" I can reach most shelves. LOL Maybe that's why I'm on a diet now???

    Yes, I love my height. It is a little above average 5ft 5.5'' inches.

    yes, my partner is shorter than me and sometimes he mentions how it bugs him though

    Yea, I love being 5 ft 10.
    Used to hate it when I was younger, but now embrace it with heels and all :-)

    My sister was the same way. I never understood it though because being 5'10" is great. It is a very popular body type right now.

    If I wear boots I'm 5'1", and if I put in some shoe lifts I'm around 5'4". Still short. -_-

    My husband is 5'2''. It never really seems to be an issue that I am a little taller than him. I like him the way he is.

    6'5, I'm okay with it. Clothes are a pain, things would be a lot easier if there was an extra tall option. I get most of my clothes adjusted now so they fit me better. Tops mainly. An annoying thing to have to do, but its worth it to have things that fit great.

    Being tall is very overrated. Try finding a jeans with a 36" inseam. Shoes, cars, planes, chairs, clothes.

    On a plus side, my height has been a magnet for the taller ladies! :happy: :tongue:

    6' 0" - Like it.

    It really helps in crowds and auditoriums to be able to see over most peoples head...but usually I end up sitting behind people like Mcbwhitney (above) and can't see a thing. Go figure.

    I don't mind! I'm not able to wear heels which sucks but I will wear a kitten heel without feeling like a monster.

    If I"m fat I really hate it because it just compounding with the tall part to make you feel like a manly giant.

    Otherwise I like it! Even with my 5'5'' husband! :) He doesn't mind. I never wear heels around him. His mother is 4'11'', LOL!

    No, not really being 4'9" makes life a hassle sometimes. On the bright side though, I never have a problem with finding a tall guy. :)

    Not really -- I think 5'7" would be perfect for a girl, or, cute and tiny like 5'1.


    I'm 5'6" lol. I don't reallllly have a problem with it though.
